Agreement

By using Generary, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

AI-generated artwork

Artwork generated through our platform is created using AI. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the generated image for personal display. Commercial use, resale of digital files, or redistribution requires written permission from Generary.

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts comply with our content policy. We reserve the right to refuse generation or fulfillment of content that violates applicable law or our policies.

Orders & fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis by our manufacturing partner. Production typically begins within 1–2 business days of payment. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel an order before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds are provided for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items. Contact info@generary.com within 14 days of delivery to report issues. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.

Pricing & tax

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

Limitation of liability

Generary is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
