What we collect
Generary collects information necessary to process your orders: name, email, shipping address, and phone number. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
AI-generated content
Prompts you submit and images we generate are stored to fulfill your print order and improve our service. Generated images may be processed by third-party AI providers (Replicate). We do not use your prompts to train AI models.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: session authentication and guest cart identification. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Generated images linked to completed orders are retained for the same period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@generary.com.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact info@generary.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Third parties
We share data with service providers necessary to operate: Stripe (payments), Expresta (print fulfillment), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Replicate (AI generation). We do not sell your personal data.
